Terms of Service

Effective October 4, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Initial Apps LLC, doing business as Treeoge (“Treeoge”, “we”, “us”). They apply when you use the Treeoge app and website. By creating an account or using Treeoge, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you use Treeoge for a company, you agree on its behalf and confirm you have the authority to do so.

Your account

You must be at least 18 to use Treeoge. Give accurate information when you sign up, keep your password safe, and tell us straight away if you think someone else has accessed your account. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account.

The person who creates a workspace is its admin. Admins can invite people, turn users on and off, see their workspace’s AI usage, and manage billing.

Free trial

New workspaces get a 14-day free trial with no card required. When the trial ends, the workspace is paused until an admin subscribes. Your data is not deleted when a trial ends.

Subscriptions and billing

• Treeoge costs $29 per user per month, plus any applicable tax. Each user who is turned on in your workspace counts as one user.
• Subscriptions renew automatically each month until canceled. If you add or remove users, your bill is adjusted to match.
• Payments are handled by Stripe. Stripe may act as the reseller of your subscription and collect sales tax. Your card details go to Stripe, never to us.
• We may change prices. We will tell you at least 30 days before a change takes effect, and it will apply from your next billing period.

Cancellation and refunds

An admin can cancel at any time from the workspace’s billing page. The subscription stays active until the end of the period already paid for, and then stops. We don’t give refunds or credits for partial months, except where the law requires it.

Your email and your content

Your email, attachments, drafts and other content stay yours. You give us permission to store and process them only to run Treeoge for you, as described in our Privacy Policy. You confirm you have the right to connect each mailbox and tool you add.

AI features

Treeoge uses AI to sort mail, draft replies, translate, and answer questions about your mail. AI can be wrong. Review every draft before you send it. Treeoge never sends, moves or deletes email unless you click to do it, and you are responsible for the emails you choose to send.

AI use is included in your plan. In unusually heavy months, we may switch your workspace to a lighter AI model for the rest of the month instead of charging more. If you add your own OpenAI API key, that AI use is billed to your OpenAI account under OpenAI’s terms.

Acceptable use

Don’t use Treeoge to:

• send spam, phishing or unsolicited bulk email;
• break the law or infringe anyone’s rights;
• access mailboxes or accounts you aren’t authorized to use;
• upload malware, or try to break, overload or get around the security of Treeoge;
• copy, resell or reverse engineer the service, or use it to build a competing product.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules. Where it’s reasonable, we will warn you first.

Other services

Treeoge connects to services run by others, such as your email provider, Asana and OpenAI. Their own terms apply to your use of them, and we are not responsible for them.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Treeoge running and your data safe, but we don’t promise the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may add, change or remove features over time.

Closing your account

You can stop using Treeoge at any time. To have your account and data deleted, email info@initialapps.com. We may close an account that breaks these terms or goes unpaid. Sections that by their nature should continue, such as payment owed, disclaimers and limits of liability, survive after an account is closed.

Disclaimer

Treeoge is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to Treeoge is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim and $100.

Indemnity

You agree to defend and compensate us for claims and costs arising from your content, the emails you send, or your breach of these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be heard in the state or federal courts located in California, and both parties agree to their jurisdiction.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we will tell you by email or in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use Treeoge after that means you accept the updated terms.
